Effects.con
This type of file contains all the explosions, ricochet effects, water ripples, dust clouds, and any other
cosmetic effects. These files are all usually kept in the Objects/Effects folder, because they are usually
called by many different objects or material collisions. All the commands in this file are ObjectTemplate
effect related types.
