Usage:
   ObjectTemplate.SetStartOnEffects boolean

Argument values:

argument 1:    0, 1; most commonly 1

Related properties: AddTemplate, SaveInSeparateFile

Used in object types (and how often in each type): EffectBundle (7%), HandFireArms (2%)

Used in a total of 37 .con files: Effects.con, Objects.con

Parent directories of these .con files: objects/HandWeapons, objects/Effects
