DisableWhenLosingControl Property

Usage:
   ObjectTemplate.DisableWhenLosingControl number

Argument values:

argument 1:    range is 0 to 03; most commonly 0

Description: This property is always set to 0 in BF 1942 levels.

 If set to 1, the control point
becomes unavailable for spawning (but not neutral) as soon as an there are no friendly soldiers inside its Radius.
