Good point. I just raised the radar tower respawn times from 20 seconds to 90 seconds. I played it for a while and with just me and a few bots was able to kill the factory right away and got three our of the four radar towers before they started to respawn. I think it may now be possible for the Axis to win if they have at least one skilled bomber. Let me know if I should bump it up even more.---
