Oh never mind... I found my problem and everything is running just fine but I've been keeping an eye out and I jumped the gun here. What was my problem? Well I have been trying new mods out lately and one called 2operation_yugoslavia_rise_and_fall that I installed just before joining the server today and all I know it messed things up but once I removed it, I was ok. Sorry tho.
