Thanks for all the feedback. Regarding the difficulty settings, I'm finding it MUCH easier now that the teams are even. Almost to the point of being too easy. I've never been sniped in a chopper; that's a new one on me. I agree that at higher bot difficulty settings their aim is ungodly, but I find that not staying in one place too long helps a lot, as does proper use of cover. Normally I play with bot difficulty at 95%, so I had thought 80% would be a good compromise. But I understand that people have different expectations in this regard. I will continue to tweak the difficulty-related settings (team size ratio, bot difficulty) and hopefully we can find some common ground. My main concern is that it doesn't end up being too difficult for one player while also being too easy for two or more players.

As for the crashing, it seems like we have more than one problem. In the past couple of days, the crashes all seem to have been caused by problems with specific vehicles, which would seem to suggest bugs in the mod, or differences between client and server files. I will be doing some testing to see if the A10 problem is universal or only affects some clients. I will also be doing a clean reinstall of the BF2/HJ server files to rule out one possibility. Earlier crashes seemed to be more arbitrary and looked like they might have been intentional, but it's difficult to know for sure. I also occasionally get client-only crashes, but those are fairly seldom.

The flooding problems affecting TPU that were happening a few weeks ago have all disappeared, which presumably means that whoever was initiating the attacks got bored with it or was stopped somehow. They could start again at any time, but now I have better tracking in place and am able to block them quickly and effectively. I've started to put the same kind of tracking into place for the BF2 server as well, but like I said before, it's difficult to know for certain whether a crash is intentional or just the result of a bug or file discrepancy. So we'll rule things out.

I also noticed that while notabot, Cilens and I seem to be able to play for extended periods without any problems (as long as we stay away from A10s and other vehicles with known issues), when Marcel joins the server seems to crap out soon afterward. That might indicate a problem with Marcel's client files.

Anyway, keep up the reports. Take note of the conditions leading up to crashes (vehicles, players, maps, etc.)
