i think this may be directed to me, lol. jeff is right, im sure its a better game. but i do like the WW2 environtment way better than any other ''modern time" game. i am a fan of WW2 history, i am a long time gamer with a good 25 years or so under my belt. iv had or still have damn near every game system ever made, with a shelf full of games ranging from the 1970s all the way upto today that would make any gamer drool. but i only play 1 game on the computer and thats BF42. iv seen BF2 and iv talked to many people about it, some love it, some hate it. iv even seen a guy buy it, install it, play it, and then burn it. he was actually mad, lol i will probly move onto BF2 eventually, but i will have to get really burnt out on BF42 first.
oh yeah an update on the 1942 bots, 75% of the time if u jump into something a bot is driving u can just hit 1 over and over and u will be driving it. also iv always used bots to heal and repair me. they dont respond to orders at all, but if u see a medic or engineerand stay with them for a few seconds, they will turn and hook u up.

i vote indifferent, BF1942 fullfills a deep historical fantacy for me i never been able to feel in a game before, therefore i cant say which one is better. they need to come out with a new ww2 battlefield game with all that cool stuff from BF2.
