I personally have only seen B17 problems on the Wake map, but that probably only means that nobody was flying B17s when I was on the Battle of Britain map. Let's take this one map at a time: when we see that B17s in the air are causing problems on a specific map, we can reduce them to one. So for now that would be only the Battle of Britain map. Ryda, I'll go ahead and make that change.
