TimeDelayOnOverHeat Property

Usage:
   ObjectTemplate.TimeDelayOnOverHeat number

Argument values:

argument 1:    2

Description: Amount of time in seconds that a gun locks up (and does not cool down at all) if it overheats. See HeatAddWhenFire.
