TexOffsetY Property

Usage:
   GeometryTemplate.TexOffsetY number

Argument values:

argument 1:    range is -10 to 6; most commonly 0

Description: This property specifies what tile along the Y axis the terrain begins to appear. It is used to have terrain start inside a larger ocean, typically. See TexOffsetX.
