PassiveHeatIncrement Property

Usage:
   ObjectTemplate.PassiveHeatIncrement number

Argument values:

argument 1:    0.0

Description: This property affects how much "heat" is generated when an object is not in use. It is used for the jetpack, to control fuel use when the jetpack is not being operated.
