SpawnDelayAtStart Property

Usage:
   ObjectTemplate.SpawnDelayAtStart boolean

Argument values:

argument 1:    0; most commonly 0

Description: The amount of time that must pass before an object appears at a spawn point at the beginning of a battle. Always set to 0 in Battlefield games, but could be used to delay reinforcements in a battle.
