Minecraft 1.11 was released today. Your Minecraft client/launcher should update itself automatically.
Mojang is calling this version the 'Exploration Update'. There are too many changes to list here; see the version 1.11 notes[*1] on the Minecraft wiki for details.
The JDRGaming Minecraft server is now running version 1.11. The JDRGaming Minecraft page[*2] has also been updated.
