Extended TPU server outage in the near future

The lower amount of traffic on the server seems to be between 10:00 a.m pst to 2p.m pst (on regular bf42 days). This is based off when I would monitor TPU so I think this would be a perfect time however, Dcx seem to be the slowest day in attendance on TPU.
