TPU rules update

i think if there are clearly posted rules at the server and here at the website, the levels of punishment should also be clear....

for instance, lots of people break the rules, they even do it right in front of me. most of the time i dont care, im pretty laid back but i aint slow with a kick either.
for the most part i will kick someone for playing on the wrong team and other players complain. i usually hand out a good bit of warnings before i will kick.

if someone comes in with a terrible name and just acts a fool and cusses everyone,.... ill kick him with no warning, and most of the time they dont come back.
if i kick someone and they come right back and do the same thing i kicked them for, ill kick them again, and ill keep doing it till they figure it out, as i said, i usually give "fair" warning.

as far as banning, im not big on that but i have banned a few. maybe it should be clear what exactly is a "banning" offence

My main problem is the lack of respect in regards to request giving by admins. There a few players lately that have really been a pain, will not listen when told not to base camp, tking to get your ride, and beaching carriers. I've warned them, Dark I know have warned them and yet they still do it anyway. I am like Dark and don't want to ban or run anyone off the server but just as my day job goes, you can give out too many warnings, the next step will have to be the Inevitable. So please read the updated rules.

Jeff, I agree with keeping TPU reputation as being one of the few servers out there that cares for it's players and enforce rules. With that, a message to TPU players: We are very sorry if any of you seen some players acting as I said above because we like to give players a chance to turn around and hoped some will. Looks like some still don't get it. Players that have already been warned more than 3 times and been kicked as of todays date on the problems listed above is subject to a 3 day ban,<----no more warnings will be giving to those, if they are caught doing it again after the three day ban, next will be banned a week, then lastly will be a perma ban. This is how I will be handling this and the other admins might not be that easy but TPU is a server that listens to players and request, we heard them and action will take place now, sorry for any inconvenience.
